There are no refunds. Once a Lifetime license key has been issued or activated for Monster Email Extractor (MEE Setup), the purchase is final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Why we do not offer refunds

We provide a Free trial that lets you extract emails from up to 500 websites before buying. This trial exists so you can test extraction quality, speed, LinkedIn/website modes, and your workflow on your own Windows PC and internet connection before purchasing the Lifetime plan ($56).

  • Test thoroughly with the Free trial (500 websites) before you buy.
  • After license activation / key delivery, no refund will be issued — whether results meet your expectations or not.
  • Shared, resold, or abused license keys are not eligible for any exception.
  • The Free trial involves no payment and therefore has no refund.

Important: how extraction works

Monster Email Extractor runs on your own computer. Extraction speed and results depend on your internet connection, target websites, page structure, rate limits, LinkedIn session/cookie status (when used), and optional proxy settings. Crawling and requests go through your own network/ISP (or your proxy), not through our cloud servers. Please evaluate this during the trial before purchasing.
